We are currently working to get all accounts up to date after the festive break. This should take around 4 -6 weeks. Anyone who we were unable to get to before closing for Christmas will be done as a priority. We apologise for the delay, and your property will be serviced as soon as possible.

Due to staff holidays this month, as well as the unseasonably wet and windy July we have had, we are running later than usual. I apologise for any delays this has caused to your service. We will endeavour to get to you as soon as possible.

We have been closed over the festive period for a few weeks, and will be running later than usual as a result. Coupled with the weather, this could be a good few weeks later than normal. We will be getting everyone up to date throughout January. This can take 4-5 weeks before we are fully caught up with all our accounts. We apologise for the delay this causes to your service, and will endeavour to get to everyone as soon as possible.

After returning from Christmas break, and catching up with the majority of our work, we have been battered with storm after storm throughout February. The persistent rain and high winds from the storms, as well as business disruption due to Covid self isolation rules, has caused significant delays to our service. We are very sorry for the delay this will have caused to many of our customers. I just wanted to update my customers, currently serviced by myself (Gerard), I have been off the last few weeks with a broken toe. An unfortunate accident at home.
