The following changes to our payment methods which was scheduled to take affect after June 2020, will likely be postponed due to the current Coronavirus pandemic.


Existing customers can opt to pay in person, or pay their service charge by Direct Debit.

For all new accounts taken on from Jan 2020, we will only be accepting payment by Direct Debit.

Reason for the Change

Adapting to customer habits

Less and less of our customers carry cash and are opting to pay electronically, however the existing systems (paypal, cheque) were never intended or suitable for large volumes of payments.

Reducing unsociable working hours

At current our staff work between the hours of 8am to 6pm, and call back to customers they don’t get in after 6pm.

The changes we have made will reduce evening collections and improve the working conditions for our staff.
