Isolation
Over-70s as well other vunerable groups have been asked to self isolate, which may be for a number of months.
We don’t know the exact age of our customers, or if they have a health condition that puts them at higher risk, so we won’t be aware that you are self isolating.
Our staff generally have very minimal contact with our customers, however your service charge can also be paid using our alternative payment methods, which eliminates any need for close interaction.
We would ask that any customers self isolating contact us, and we can discuss your preferred option.

We will be postponing all internal work within our customers homes, until we have more information from the Government. This will help limit our interaction with our customers.
