FAQs

How will I know when my windows have been cleaned?

We will post a small ‘we called today’ slip to let you know we have called and cleaned your windows. Go Cardless will also sent you an automated email letting you know when we have requested payment by direct debit.

What happens if you are running late, do you still debit my account?

Customers can confuse direct debit for standing orders, which come off the same day each month. Direct Debit payments can be a one off payment or a recurring payment on any day/date. If we are running late, we won’t request a DD payment until the work has been completed.

When will payment be debited from my account?

Once we have cleaned your windows, we will make a DD request for payment. You will be notified by email that we have made this request, which will detail the amount to be debited and the date Go Cardless plan to take the payment. Payments are normally processed within 3-5 working days from the date we request payment.

Can you provide a receipt?

Yes, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provide when you register with our DD system.

Will my account details be secure?

Yes your account information will be secure. All your account details will be held by Go Cardless and not on our system.

Go cardless is one of the market leading DD processing companies in the UK. They service over 30,000 businesses and organisations including Sage, The Guardian and HM Government. So you can be rest assured your data is in safe hands.
