If you decided to signup to pay your service charge by Direct Debit, your information will be process and stored by GoCardless.

Customer record
If you decide to use our window cleaning service, we will ask for some personal information(name, address, telephone number, email), and we will store this information in a web-based software called Cleaner Planner.

The personal information we hold on you will only be used within the scope of providing our service and will not be shared with any third parties.
Txt Notifications
When your signup to our service, we will ask for a mobile telephone number. If we expect to be delayed more than a week, we will send a txt notification. This will generally only be due to staff holidays.
We will ask permission to send these notifications when you sign up to our service, and you can opt out at any time.
