5 things that keep us reliable

It’s a common complaint we hear when talking to new customers, ‘our last window cleaner hasn’t been in months, they show up once in a blue moon’.

Here are five of the things we do to ensure we deliver a reliable window cleaning service.

1. We don’t over promise

We describe our service as a monthly service, every 4 to 5 weeks, and our customers should receive around 10 cleans per year, once staff holidays are taken in to account. This sets an expectation with our customers that we can deliver.

2. We’ll keep in touch

Keeping in touch is a big thing for us. Using our CRM software we can send txt messages and emails to all our customers when the weather beats us, or we have staff holidays which cause delays of more than a week. That way you aren’t left wondering where we are.

Our customers can also track our progress as we work through our rounds by visiting our tracking page.

3. We don’t overbook

We make sure each one of our staff can complete there entire round in 4 to 5 weeks. By using timing data on each one of our jobs.

We also schedule our work over four days instead of five, allowing us to work around the worst of the weather.

We don’t over book ourselves. We would rather turn away work, than deliver an infrequent service to our customers.

4. We persevere if its wet

By working through the milder wet weather we can keep your service regular. If your windows are cleaned regularly they’ll stay clean, year round, rain or shine.

5. We have a clear focus

We provide a reliable monthly window cleaning service. We don’t do one off bookings, end of tenancy cleans or builders cleans. We focus on our core service, making sure we deliver the best possible service to our customers.
