If you are a new customer looking to signup to our service please don’t setup a direct debit just yet, contact us first. Unless we have physically been to your property, and provided a quotation, your DD mandate will be cancelled.
We must first arrange a quotation for you before you sign up to paying us by direct debit. Once you have receive a quote and are happy for us to book you in, then complete the form above to register your payment details.
When signing up
If you are an exsiting customer and have an amount outstanding on your account, you won’t have to pay this by any other means. Just sign up and our direct debit system will make a request for the outstanding amount.
Cancelling your service
You can cancel your service anytime, just get in touch by phone or email. We will make sure any final payments have cleared then close your direct debit, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you cancel your direct debit through your bank, this will not cancel you service with us, and may result in pending payments not processing, please contact us first, and let us know you would like to cancel.
