One thing we haven’t always been great at, is monitoring our answer machine. Landlines enquiries, aren’t that common for us anymore, with most of the our enquiries coming directly through our website. So this year, we thought we would change that, to make sure our customers get a faster response from us.

Our landline answer machine will no longer be monitored, instead, it will be managed through WhatsApp. Allowing you to send us a direct message, that we can respond to on the go.
Quicker Quotes
If your looking for a quote, you wont have to wait for us to call out to your property. You can get an estimate in a few minutes on our website, or a firm quote the same day, when you send us a few photos of your property, either through WhatsApp or on our websites contact form.
Digital service slips, Quotes, and Invoices.
Although our record keeping is paperless, we were still using flyers to let customers know we have cleaned their windows, sending quotes, and Invoices. Going forwards, this will all be by txt or email. This will allow us to send you useful updates, and direct links to our website, to get you the information you need faster.

Dedicated Tracking Page
You can now get updates on our progress through our rounds, by visiting our tracking page. This has been improved with progress bars for each area, which we can update easier, and a dedicated blog for updates relating to our progress. Letting you see where we are working.
