Status Updates

I am currently off for the easter break, and will be back on Monday the 13th April. I am currently working the west end of Greenock. Weather permitting, the Westend and Fort Matilda should be complete on my first week back. Then I'll be making a start in Gourock.

This week I should get to my customers in the Overton area, and begin work in the west end of Greenock. Weather permitting that is. The forecasts for the week ahead is more of the same turbulent weather. Now the clocks have changed, surely we'll some some dry spells soon. Fingers crossed.

I am working in the Strone area of Greenock, with a few left to complete around Cartsdyke. Next week I should get to my customers in Overton, and begin work in the Westend of Greenock.

I have a few customer left on Cloch Road to complete, then I will be back up the east end of Greenock. The long range forecasts for the rest of March is looking great, so hopefully I wont have quite as much weather disruption as I have had of late.

I have a few customers to get to around Fort Matilda and Cardwell Bay, then I will be working in Midton and Cloch Road next week.

I have completed the Eastend and Strone area of Greenock, bar one customer, who will be done first thing Monday. I will be working in Overton and the Westend of Greenock next week. We actually had a few dry days last week. With next weeks forecasts looking better. Its beginning to feel like Spring.

We have lost a few days this week to the persistent high winds and showers through the week. It is fairly typical for this time of year. We have been out over the weekend this week to get as many accounts up to date as possible.

I currently have a little left to complete in Cardwell Bay, and next week I will hopefully finish the remaining work in Gourock, weather Permitting. Last week we lost a day to Storm Chandra, but thankfully the West of Scotland, faired better than some parts of the UK. It was the end of January last year we had storm Eowyn, were we seen 70mph winds, that brought down trees, and caused a lot of damage to buildings. One of the worst storms I have seen in my lifetime.

Persistent wet weather has held me up a fair bit this week. I have been out over the weekend, getting to as many customers as possible. I am almost finished in Westend of Greenock, and should be working around Fort Matilda, and the Battery Park, at the beginning of next week.
