First look at our new logo
We are re-branding You will soon see our new logo on our uniforms and multimedia. Over the past year we have been working to re-brand. Our business name will remain the same, with a new logo that better reflects our business. This includes a number of documents that are better designed and more informative for our customers, as well improving our advertising. Our new Logo
Snow and Ice
Our second week and back from our festive break, has seen us almost completely shut down with heavy snow ice and rain, and has set us almost another week behind. We will be doing our best of get to as many customers as we can once conditions improve. I have personally seen at least a dozen car crashes as a result of the adverse weather we are getting at the moment. Hopefully the conditions will improve soon, and we will do our best to get to our customers as soon as possible.
Improved database system
You may have noticed that our staff no longer use paper worksheets, and instead mark jobs off using a mobile device. Last year we invested a new software system for managing our customers data, which we have been trialling over the last few months. This new system allows our window cleaners to update our customers account there and then, as a posed to processing the data from worksheets at the end of the week. The festive holidays
Well the time of year is now drawing near for us to close down for a few weeks over the festive period. This is a great time of year for us to get some staff holidays out of the way, as the weather is seldom amenable with us. We will be running a little later than usual in January as a result, and want to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers. Our new website
If you have had to do a double take, to ensure you have visited the correct website. Don't worry, you are in the right place. We have recently redesigned our website, something that has been overdue for some time. We were unable to make the regular updates that we would have liked, to our old website. So we have switched to a platform called Wordpress, which not only allows us to quickly edit pages and add nice new photos to our website, but post articles to our blog, keeping our customer better informed.
